By using this site you agree to abide by our Terms and conditions,craftfun.co.uk reserve the right to alter the prices as and when necessary without any prior notification to the customers, we will however, attempt to advise customers through our Newsletter Facility prior to increases whenever possible.

We cannot accept liability for any errors arising in pricing unless an error has been brought to our attention previously.

In the event a pricing error is found, no completion of the order will take place without us first notifying you the customer with reference to this, we would then request an E-Mail from the customer confirming their order be processed or cancelled.

In Fairness to the customer, in the event a product has been wrongly priced by accident or in error, we will attempt to supply the product at the displayed price at time of purchase, however, in the event a product should be marked £10 instead of £100 then obviously we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.

We do at all times ensure that these mistakes do not happen but accept that nothing is impossible.

You the User accept that the prices are as defined unless notified within 12 hours of placing your order, that there is a pricing error, and you agree to pay the additional amount after being notified by us that an error was present.

Delivery charges are built into the price for uk customers only, overseas customers will be charged the standard post office rate based on the final weight of the order placed.

In the event any customer orders items and pays by Paypal Method, alternative goods will be offered, prior to processing the order, we will refund any monies to the paying paypal account if no alternative product is suitable, however, we only refund the total value paid by the customer and do not compensate for any paypal charges that may be incurred.

All descriptions are as accurate as possible, however, there are ocassions where it is just impossible to give too full a description, in the event you purchase an item, and feel you were misled in any way, the goods can be returned to us after recieving a returns reference number from us however, only the goods would be reimbursed, we do not reimburse delivery costs unless an error has been made on our behalf i.e wrong goods being dispatched etc. 

Please ensure you supply the correct details where the goods are to be delivered to, once the order is recieved we normally dispatch within 3 working days (Except Weekends) and no responsibility can be taken for deliveries to the wrong address if you provide the wrong details, you can pay using any of the acceptable payment methods simply quoting your order reference.

We simply act as a 3rd party supplying the goods direct to your customer, we are however, prepared to act as mediators between yourself and your customer in the event a dispute arises.

All goods are sent by either Standard Parcel Post, or Next day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless stated differently, next day is defined as the day after dispatch and does not imply that goods ordered Monday will be delivered Tuesday, we will however, endeavour to dispatch goods at our earliest convenience subject to work load, obviously in the weeks prior to Christmas, more goods will be dispatched than any other period during the year.
